Registration Form

Tuition:

Annual non-refundable registration fee is $30 per student.  

Tuition payments are charged during the first week of every month to the credit card on file.

Tuition Rates (per month):

45 minute class - $90  

60 minute class - $100  

1 hour 15 min class - $115 

1 hour 30 minute- $125      

Unlimited classes (5 or more)- $430 per month

5% discount for second class

10% discount for third class

Sibling discount: 10%

Payment:

Tuition is an annual (10 months) rate that can be paid in full (1 payment), half the year (2 payments), or in monthly installments.  There are NO PRO-RATED FEES for missed classes or holiday breaks.

Pay tuition for half year (5 months) and receive a 5% discount

Pay tuition for entire year (10 months) and receive a 10% discount

**Maximum discount 15%**

Private Lessons (dance/sing):

30 minutes - $45 each  10 lessons package - $375

45 minutes - $55 each  10 lessons package - $475

60 minutes - $65 each  10 lessons package - $575

All private lessons must be scheduled by appointment. 

**Twenty-four hour advance notice of cancellation, otherwise fee will be charged.**

• A $25 fee will be assessed against all returned checks.
• A non-refundable costume deposit of $100 per class (includes tights) is due no later than December 1st.  Costumes range from $100-$130 on average, once we have completed orders you will receive an invoice stating if a balance owed on your child’s costume.  Full tuition and costume payment is required to receive costume(s).  
• Tickets to annual recital will be available for purchase. Ticket cost  are $30 each and is charged to help cover the cost of rental of theatre, technical, administrative, licensing, programs and more.
• Recital video will automatically debit to the credit card on file in April $30 per family.
• COMPETITION STUDENTS WILL BE CHARGED A ONE TIME COMPETITION FEE OF $150 TO COVER COST OF ADDITIONAL REHEARSAL AND RELATED COSTS FOR ATTENDING COMPETITION.

Class Withdrawal:

• There will be NO REFUNDS given, (Exceptions: physical impairment, doctor’s note required). TUITION IS NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.

Make-Up Classes / Vacations:

It is important to the cohesiveness of your students’ dance training that they attend classes every week as scheduled. In this climate there is limited space in our studio.  If your child will be absent from class, please contact the office prior to the makeup class time to make sure there is available space. This is especially mandatory regarding rehearsals and performances.  **No refund will be given for missed classes**. Please refer to WPAS online and in-school calendar for vacation closings. Classes missed due to inclement weather may be made up in a class currently on the schedule. Cancellations by WPAS staff will have a separate make-up class scheduled, if not otherwise specified. WESTCHESTER PERFORMING ARTS STUDIO RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL A CLASS OR SUBSTITUTE TEACHERS, AS NECESSARY.

Class Tardiness:

Students are to arrive on time for class. We continue to ask parents to drop off students in order to reduce traffic in waiting area and continue to strive for safety precautions.  Students arriving severely late may be asked to sit out of class to reduce the risk of injury after missing warm up.
